We are entering into a new super moon! You have two more chances to practice yoga with me this week. Today 5:30 and Friday the 13th 6:30 ....🌙🌊🏄💨🦢☀️🌞💕

Hot Yoga & Cold Beer every Friday at 6:30 in the brew house with plenty of space for social distancing. This is one of our favorite yoga classes through out the week.

This Friday join with Lovely Leah at 6:30 for a challenging yet relaxing yoga practice. The new moon falls on Sunday the 15th so this will make for a great weekend to dive into healing and allowing for your emotions to flow! This class will be based on the good ol saying from hecho "Release Flow, Give Thanks.. and LET GO!" The is the last SUPER new moon of the year so come out on Friday to prepare yourself for the weekend of greatness rather than madness!

Yoga is always donation based. Beer drinking is optional.

We are ready for good people and good vibes! Join this Wednesday for a full moon in Ta**us yoga flow at (island bar & grill) staying at 6:30! It’s also wine down Wednesdays, so you can enjoy great wine or alcohol free beverages after class. Class is donation based and we will see you there!
