Healing Yoga is a class based on release, replenishing, and restoring you in all level( physically, emotionally and spiritually). We will using props in the class such as blocks, blankets, straps, MFR balls and bolsters. I will guide you through restorative yoga practice infused with Self MFR/Self-massage. I will be performing individual hands-on Energy (Reiki) Healing throughout the yoga practice. The closing of the class there will be a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath.

Sound Bath Healing is a therapeutic and healing experience that involves being immersed in sound waves generated by instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, gongs, and Merkaba pyramid crystals.
During the class, you will be guided through meditation, facilitating your transition to the present moment and enhancing your receptivity to the healing frequencies of the sound bath.
Through this class, you will release emotional blockages and traumas, which is often interpreted as the body’s release of deeply ingrained emotions and toxins. This class serves as an invitation to engage in profound rest and relaxation, promoting self-inquiry and self-discovery. It fosters profound relaxation, alleviates stress, and cultivates a sense of inner peace.

I will be performing individual hands-on Energy (Reiki) Healing throughout the yoga practice. The closing of the class there will be a Sound Bath. This class will be reserve only, 6 spots available. Come enjoy me, Healing Yoga is a class based on release, replenishing, and restoring you in all level( physically, emotionally and spiritually). Each class will have a different theme. The class will be lead by Rosanna. At the beginning of the class there will be a guided meditation. We will using props in the class such as blocks, blankets, straps, tennis balls and bolsters. I will guide you through Restorative practice infused with Self MFR (please see below). I will be performing individual Energy (Reiki) Healing throughout the yoga practice. The closing of the class there will be a sound bath. This class will be reserve only basis. You need to bring your own mat. There are 8 spots available. The price for this class is $50 which including taxes & fees.
