Thanks Shurl Patrick and Connie Lawson for coming to love on our residents every week. We appreciate you bringing the word of God to us. This week we talked about loving one another and we’ve seen more and more of that as the days go by. We are so blessed to have a very sweet and loving group. They truly care about each other and look out for one another. Thank you for reminding us that we do and always will have a reason to be here at this moment, to support and uplift each other. 🥰

We’re so grateful that Jenny and Tiffany from Affinity Hospice came to our facility to honor our veterans in an unforgettable Veterans Day ceremony. They presented our veterans with a framed certificate of honor and a veteran’s pin.

We thank our veterans for their service and their bravery, their commitment and their sacrifice in protecting our country's freedoms. Veterans put their lives on the line to defend our nation, and we honor them for this selfless act.

Monday’s Mocktail was wassail! I heard a lot of “whatal”? 😂 It’s a traditional English drink, served warm. Our version was made with apple juice, orange juice, cranberry juice and pumpkin spices (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice). The word 'wassail' comes from the Old Norse for 'good health’. It was a delicious warm treat on this extra chilly day! ☕️

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to Dennis Ford for creating a unique, handmade wooden gift for each and every one of our employees, including our wonderful volunteer Becky. We feel truly fortunate that he and his wife have chosen to share their lives with us. His talent is exceptional, and and we are honored to receive these blessings. ❤️
