Mean while download the Samsung health app and get ready for the next lap around the map Racing me Chef Abbie to the finish line. There are so many things that you can do with this app we will give you the information that you need to get on the same map with with me. We are doing a practice run right now I’m am in the lead. FITNESS TIDBITS:
This is an exercise that does not involve any equipment. It is simple and not time consuming so you can do this anywhere. This exercise tightens up your legs.
How you do it:
Stand with feet hip-width apart before stepping your right foot back, and lowering into lunge stance with the left knee over the ankle. Bring your arms over your head and hinge forward from the waist. Lower the chest forward toward the thighs as your arms reach forward. Lift the right leg while straightening the left. Hold for 3 breaths before returning to the starting lunge position. Repeat this for 3 times and switch legs. This exercise is also on the webpage Health.com ~Team TDC
