Strep throat seems to be making the rounds lately, so I’ve been focusing on keeping my family’s immune systems strong! One of my favorite go-tos is elderberry syrup — it’s packed with antioxidants and supports the body’s natural defenses.

What have I been using lately?
Something simple, natural, and local.
As someone who loves plants and supporting local businesses, I’m excited to share the cream that’s been showing up in more and more of my sessions.
