Abundant Wellbeing Body guided treatment for deep healing. Nutrition Response Testing by, designed nutrition programs .Diana Toms C.N.

Fatigue, anxiety, insomnia, weight gain, depression, high blood pressure, migraines ~ these are only a few of the symptoms that the pace of the modern world can inflict on those caught in the undercurrent of a culture that demands that we force more activities into less time, with less rest, creating more strain and more worry that eventually we will reach a breaking point...if we haven't already. Dyanna Toms has centered her holistic consulting and wellness practice on the body's ability to share its own wisdom, which can provide guidance toward deeper levels of renewal and health. One of the methods she utilizes to listen to the wisdom of the body is a non-invasive process often referred to as muscle testing, nutritional response testing, or applied kinesiology. This process allows the body to specify its own nutritional deficiencies, afflicted organs, or vulnerable physiological systems by how it responds to small muscle reflex tests. With such information, Dyanna is able to orient how she works with each client's specific needs around the actual feedback provided by their own bodies.

We often see products labeled "sugar-free" and think they are the healthier choice, but this isn’t always the case. In reality, many sugar-free products contain artificial sweeteners and other additives that can be even more harmful than regular sugar. These artificial sweeteners can cause digestive issues, disrupt the gut microbiome, and even increase the risk of metabolic disorders. Just because something is labeled sugar-free doesn’t mean it’s good for you.

The key to a healthier diet isn’t just avoiding sugar; it’s about reducing your intake of processed foods altogether. Many sugar-free products are still highly processed and filled with chemicals that don’t belong in our bodies. Instead of relying on sugar substitutes, focus on whole foods like fruits, vegetables, and natural sweeteners such as honey or maple syrup, in moderation.

By eliminating artificial sweeteners and processed sugar from your diet, you’ll not only reduce your risk of health problems, but you’ll also improve your overall well-being. Your body will thank you for the extra care and attention you give it. Remember, nature provides everything we need for a healthy diet—no chemicals required. 🧃🚫

Send this to someone you’re on your health journey with.

Every meal, every workout, every night’s sleep—it’s all building the future you. What you do now, in your 20s, 30s, and even 50s, shapes the health you’ll experience in the decades to come.

To understand why the choices you make today impact your future health, consider this: chronic disease and mobility loss are rooted in long-term, silent processes. Inflammation, poor diet, stress, and lack of exercise can slowly damage your cells, arteries, and brain, starting decades before symptoms appear.

These conditions are not random—they develop over time based on lifestyle factors. Every healthy choice you make now can slow or even prevent these processes. It’s all connected.

It’s never too late—or too soon—to start living well.

Today I am having chia pudding for lunch.

Great way to get high fiber foods in your diet.

We should aim for 35 grams a day.

The average American gets 10 grams a day.

For every 1 gram of fiber you eat it blocks 7 calories.

Here’s the math 35x7=245 daily calories you don’t absorb.

245 times 7 = 1715 calories less a week.

1715 times 4= 6860 a month

The Idea: The traditional rule states 1 pound of fat equals 3,500 calories, so a 3500-calorie deficit leads to1 pound lost.

Combined with intermittent fasting and getting a minimum of 10,000 steps a day you have the recipe to either maintain your weight through the holidays or even loose wight during the holidays.

Also share plates when you go out. Eat half as much as usual.

Two meals a day is a great way to drop weight and feel great.

My chia pudding has approximately 10-15 grans of fiber.

Chia seeds, h**p hearts, almonds, walnuts, raspberries and bluberries.

When I’m finished with lunch I am bundling up and going for a walk.

Happy Healthy Holidays!🎄
