Thank you to everyone who joined us this past Friday for our Wonders of the Ocean event. We were grateful to welcome children and adults of all ages for an afternoon of learning, curiosity, and connection. A special thank you to Kira Versace, Certified in Marine Biology, for leading such an engaging and educational presentation on the importance of sea creatures and the vital role they play in our ecosystem.

It was truly a day of great family fun—full of laughter, discovery, and moments that brought our community together.

We appreciate this beautiful community and hope the experience inspired everyone to look a little more closely at the magic of our oceans. Stay tuned for more upcoming events.

Happy December. Hope everyone had a beautiful Thanksgiving break. If your relatives or friends left you more than edible leftovers—if they also left some heavy energy behind—here are a few ways to clear it.

Thank you to everyone who came out to our Scorpio New Moon Ritual this past Friday, led so beautifully by Lisa. The energy in the room was powerful and supportive—you all showed up with such openness and intention.

Participants had so much fun drawing affirmative sigils on themselves and on one another, meditating under the dark moon, and dancing away any stagnant energy that needed to be released. It was a deeply healing night of connection, transformation, and community.

Thank you to everyone who joined us this past weekend for our Beaver Supermoon ritual at Universal Healing Arts in Cortlandt Manor. A special thanks to Lisa for leading us through such a powerful, grounding experience. 🌕

Together, participants crafted personalized herbal sachets, blending intention with nature’s healing scents—a symbolic way to carry the moon’s energy forward and continue manifesting balance and renewal.

In celebration of World Science Day, we honor the science behind the magic: this November’s full moon—often called the Beaver Moon—was not just beautiful; it was one of the biggest and brightest of the year. Because the moon reached its closest point to Earth (known as perigee), it appeared up to about 14% larger and 30% brighter than an average full moon.

By aligning our ritual with this natural event, we tapped into a moment where the boundary between the earthly and the celestial feels thin—offering profound clarity, release, and connection.

And stay tuned—the next astrological highlight of the month arrives on November 20, 2025, when deep-sky alignments invite reflection and renewal as the moon enters its last quarter phase.

Today, November 5, 2025, the Full Beaver Moon rises in Ta**us—a grounded, earthy sign that reminds us to slow down, anchor our energy, and prepare for the stillness of winter.

If you’ve felt scattered or overwhelmed—by work, relationships, or constant motion—this is the time to come back to center.

Try this simple release ritual: write down what’s been weighing on you or causing unease. Place those slips of paper in a bowl of salt water and set it on your windowsill or terrace. As the moon’s light touches the water, visualize that energy dissolving into calm, stability, and clarity.

You can also connect with the moon through grounding meditations, gentle candle rituals, or mindful crafting—each a reminder to release the old and make room for renewal.

Tonight the veil is thin — the perfect time to release what no longer serves and welcome in abundance for the new year ahead.

In the video, we share one of our favorite subtle energy tools: drawing the elemental pentagram. You can trace it on your skin, in a notebook, or even invisibly in the air — ideal for those moments when you can’t smudge or light incense (because, well…fire alarms and “Karen energy” at work are very real).

Here’s how it works:
🌿 To banish negativity — draw the pentagram in reverse (starting at the element’s banishing point). This sends unwanted energy back to its source and clears your field without anyone being the wiser. Perfect if you’re in a meeting and need quiet energetic protection.

💫 To invoke prosperity, grounding, or clarity — draw it directly (starting at the invoking point). This draws in that element’s positive force and sets your vibration to attract what you desire.

Each element carries its own current:
🔥 Fire for passion and courage
💧 Water for emotional flow
🌬 Air for insight and communication
🌎 Earth for balance and manifestation

Universal Healing Arts Connection is a center where we offer various services for adults and children, such as Reiki Healing, Reiki Certification, Holistic Weight-loss, Art Classes, Yoga, QiGong/Tai Chi, Full Moon Ceremonies, Group Healings and Group Past life regressions led by the Amazing Healer Gene Krackehl, amongst many other workshops featuring phenomenal guest speakers who come to share their knowledge.
