🎉 CONGRATULATIONS🎉 TO Peyton Miller of Garfield,
Benco’s November 2025 Employee of the Month!!!
Peyton helped us tremendously during recent difficult times. He showed up early, stayed late, and spoke with employees and residents with kindness make sure employees ate, remembered to breathe, and had what we needed to ease our and consideration during a sad and exhausting situation. He went out of his way to help our Program Coordinator’s mind about what was happening. Peyton worked overtime to make sure our coworkers could take the time they needed. Even when things were at the most intense or stressful, he always made time for a quick check in.
On a lighter note, during Thanksgiving Peyton made sure that we had everything the residents wanted. He came in early to make sure they got an amazing variety of food and that we had enough for all of them and their family members! Our Program Coordinator had a lot to handle during this time, and Peyton truly stepped up to make sure the holiday was special! He worked with our Program Coordinator to create a menu that all our residents could enjoy, as our program has many different dietary restrictions. Lastly, Peyton is usually the first one to get to many of our ADL tasks while on shift, and half the time there aren’t any dishes left for us to do if he’s in the building!
