🎉 CONGRATULATIONS🎉 TO Alberto Becerril Bautista of 29th Street,
Benco's February 2026 Employee of the Month!!!
Alberto is a natural team player and leader at 29th Street!
When I was a new hire at Benco, I had never worked in the I/DD community. Alberto welcomed me with open arms and taught me the fundamentals of what it means to work and support folk with I/DD. He is and was a great role model.
Alberto’s mode of operation in supporting the I/DD community makes him the model of Person-Centered care ethics. Alberto believes that each resident thrives while engaging in community activities. It is Alberto’s personal goal to create opportunities for each resident to go out into the community whenever the team can provide it. He tries to create as many opportunities for the residents to grow as possible.
Safety is also always of the utmost importance to Alberto. He encourages positive behaviors and uses the protocols and individual support plans to keep the residents, staff, and Benco’s property safe. Every night at work Alberto sits down and eats dinner with the residents to connect with each resident and make sure they are safe while eating. Alberto is insightful and is constantly sharing positive new ideas to help 29th Street grow as a team.
Alberto uses available time to read and understand Individuals Support Plans (ISPs), Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs), Individual Safety Protocols (ISPs), and Benco Policies and Procedures (PP). If anyone has a question he will gladly help you find the answers you are seeking.
Alberto is fun to work with and enjoys seeing everyone at 29th Street laughing and enjoying themselves. Alberto truly cares about the well-being of his community, at every moment, without limits!
