Conifer House has an excellent team of caring staff providing Assisted Living & Memory Care. There may come a time when you need some daily assistance. We know that independence and dignity are important to everyone. Our goal is to support basic daily living activities so individuals can enjoy each day fully and as independently as possible. Conveniently located in the county seat of Benton County, our community offers easy access from Albany, Lebanon, Sweet Home, Monmouth, Junction City and towns on the Oregon Coast. Our facility is situated in the Willamette Valley, in northern Corvallis (home to Oregon State University) which offers quick freeway access from 99w as well as from Hwy 20 (which leads to Newport), and Hwy 34 (which leads to Waldport).

🌲☀️ A Perfect Day for a Scenic Adventure 🚗

What a gorgeous day for a country drive to Alsea Falls Park! Sunshine, fresh air, and winding roads set the tone for a peaceful outing, capped off by the beauty of rushing water and towering trees. Our Conifer House residents soaked in the views, shared laughs, and truly enjoyed the simple joy of being out in nature together.

Days like this remind us how refreshing a little adventure can be—and how lucky we are to have such beautiful places nearby. 💚

We were so grateful to welcome guest musician Randy Byrnes to Conifer House!! Randy filled the room with wonderful piano melodies and heartfelt vocals, creating an afternoon full of smiles, toe-tapping, and great conversation.

The turnout was fantastic, and it was truly special to see our residents and guests enjoying live music together. Thank you, Randy, for sharing your talent and helping create such a joyful experience for our community—we can’t wait to have you back! 💙

We are proud to congratulate our Conifer House Team on the successful completion of their most recent state regulatory visit.

State visits are comprehensive, unannounced reviews designed to evaluate every aspect of resident care, safety, clinical practices, staffing, documentation, and regulatory compliance. These inspections are among the most rigorous oversight processes in senior care and are intended to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care possible.

Achieving a clean state review, as Conifer House did during the January 2026 review, is a meaningful accomplishment and reflects the dedication, professionalism, and consistency of the Conifer House community. This outcome affirms their commitment to resident well-being, operational excellence, and regulatory best practices.
