Valley Clinics

Valley Clinics Valley Clinics is a primary healthcare facility that provides each patient with quality care. Each provider comes to our practice with many years of experience.

Valley Clinics, formerly known as Corvallis Internal Medicine, is a privately owned clinic of primary care providers who's mission is to provide personalized, high-quality care on an as-needed or preventative basis. We have created a practice that we believe in and choose for our own family members and friends. We are a full-service primary care/internal medicine practice of dedicated, experienced providers who believe in working with our patients to maintain and improve their health. Our providers believe in providing comprehensive health care services to our patients in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We also believe in educating our patients as we work with them to achieve the best physical state possible. Our clinic is certified as a Patient Centered Primary Care Home by the Oregon Health Authority and strives to provide the best healthcare possible. Spending time, developing relationships, and getting to know our patients is very important to us. There's nothing more irritating than feeling like you're being run through the healthcare machine and we strive to change that by offering more time with our providers than you get at most clinics, typically 30 minutes! We also offer same day appointments and walk in treatment of acute migraines to reduce patient costs going to urgent care or the Emergency Room. If you're looking for friendly, experienced, independent providers and tired of not feeling heard in what can feel like a giant corporate world of healthcare, check us out and see if our clinic and providers are right for you! To schedule an appointment, please call: (541) 758-0766.

Have you ever tried Zoodles?

Zucchini noodles (Zoodles), whole grain bread, sweet potatoes and brown rice are all better carb choices than white bread, potatoes and pasta.

This was one of the things covered today in a BNI feature presentation by PA-C, Sean Greene, of Valley Clinics Internal Medicine.

Sean's topic for today, Diabetes 101, came with great info and an empowering 3-Steps to fix yourself.
1. Eat less of the wrong things
2. Lose weight
3. Exercise

This isn't just about being swimsuit ready - but long term health and life choices with deep impact. I am grateful for Sean and his team at Valley Clinics and their commitment to partnering with their patients in their health journey. Appointments with a provider are 30 minutes. Amazing!
