Excited to be partnering up with Kourtney Hanks and her new practice Corvallis Pediatrics! We will be opening our joint office space in October and are busy making this space our own. I love the opportunity to provide lactation support to the parents in the Willamette Valley - it's such an honor.

Hi, Corvallis! I’m Kourtney — nurse practitioner, mom of two, and the founder of Corvallis Pediatrics. After nearly a decade of working in both birth and pediatric care, I opened this practice to bring something I believe families truly need: personalized, thoughtful, and accessible pediatric care.
My journey started at Corvallis Birth and Wellness Center, where I cared for families through pregnancy and birth. Over time, more and more parents asked me if I knew of a pediatric provider who offered the same kind of care as the midwives at the birth center—someone who took time, listened, and really knew their kids. Eventually, I realized… that someone could be me.
So I made the leap. After years of balancing midwifery and pediatrics (yes, sometimes delivering babies at night and seeing little ones during the day!), I shifted my focus fully to pediatrics. I’ve worked in both big and small practices, and I’ve learned that what I love most is building real relationships—with kids and their parents.
Now, I’m excited to bring that care model home to Corvallis: one where you can ask anything, where your concerns are heard, and where your child is known.
When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll likely find me at a local park, tossing a baseball or chasing after my two boys. I also serve on the Corvallis Little League board, love camping, cooking, reading, and cheering on the Beavers! 🧡🖤
