I attend births in the Willamette Valley, OR including, Benton County, Linn County, Lane County, Polk County, Lincoln County, and Marion County.

Pregnancy and birth is a special time for all families. It has been shown that a doula can improve outcomes in birth including a decrease in the rate of cesarean sections and labor augmentation, a decrease in the use of pain medications, and an increase in the mother's satisfaction with her birth experience. It is important for the mother and family to have consistent care during birth and that is just what I provide. I also strive to help you achieve the birth that you want by providing judgment free care, mothering the mother, and providing physical and emotional support. I attend births in the Willamette Valley, OR including, but not limited to, Benton County, Linn County, Lane County, Polk County, Lincoln County, and Marion County.
