Now through November 25th we are accepting non perishable goods in the lobby. As often as the box fills, we’ll be heading down to donate all the generosity the WVPY community can give- let’s overflow it!

It starts today! Now through the end of the month, all classes count toward the challenge where you can earn a month of unlimited yoga for a friend. Details and rules on our website- take a look and DM with questions 🧡

We love this community and in November, it’s really clear why- join us for our annual Giving Thanks Challenge and Food Drive, a chance to practice with extra purpose.

During the month of November, practice 25 times or more to receive a complimentary month of yoga to gift to a friend. Workshops, meditations and online classes all count! And the best part- we’ll keep track for you, so be sure to sign up for your classes on MindBody and use the iPad to sign in at the studio.

There is no need to sign up - we track the number of classes you attend and will contact you on December 1st if you attend 25+ classes in November.
You can gift the month of yoga to anyone who isn’t already an Unlimited Member.
Their month must start before December 31st, 2025 and is good for 30 consecutive days.
Don’t have someone in mind to give your month to? Let us know and we will make sure it finds someone in need.
So get out your calendar and schedule out the best month of you yet! We can’t wait to see you in studio all month long.

In addition to your commitment to practice this month, we are accepting the following items in studio from November 1st through November 25th for the South Corvallis Food Bank:

Highest Priority: Instant side dishes (Rice-a-Roni, tuna helper, stuffing, etc.), alternative milks, meatless or gluten free products, condiments (salad dressing, mustard, mayo, ketchup, salsa, etc.), sanitary products (toothbrushes and paste, pads, etc.) and can openers.
Staple Foods: Oatmeal, hearty canned soups, vegetable oil, dried beans, canned tomato products, peanut butter, canned fruit and jam, gluten-free, dairy free, and meatless products

Turn up the heat on Halloween with a fiery 75 minute glowga beats class set to a spooky playlist led by Madison and Jenna. We’ll move to the rhythm of the music, blending dynamic sequencing with deep stretches to leave you sweaty, strong, and grounded. Expect playful Halloween vibes and a full-body practice that balances power with release.

Lights will be dimmed in our 90° room and glow sticks will be provided. All ghouls + goblins welcome!

Next Saturday, October 25th we have another KIDS YOGA opportunity 🎉

8:30am - 9:30am

Big Yogis (Ages 5–12)
Big Yogis is a playful and engaging class that introduces children to yoga through age-appropriate poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness activities. Kids will build strength, flexibility, coordination, and self-awareness while developing confidence and a sense of calm. Children should wear comfortable clothing, and bring a yoga mat and water bottle and be able engage throughout the hour long class and use the bathroom independently. Class takes place in our (unheated) Studio B space.

Note: Please create an account for your child, this way you can sign yourself up for the adult class that takes place at the same time. Big Yogis is led by RYT 500 Madison Gardner. Please bring your kiddo back 5 minutes prior to the start time and pick up promptly after class ends. Parents must remain on-site; no drop-offs.

$15 per child, 10% off for Unlimited Members (email or sign up in studio to receive this discount)
Space is limited! Advanced sign up is required and subject to our cancellation policy.

Handstands are back—and this is your chance to turn your world upside down. In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll build strength, alignment, and confidence as you learn the foundations of balancing on your hands. We’ll break down the essential elements of a handstand, explore drills to support your practice, and give you tools you can take with you beyond the workshop.
No prior handstand experience required—just a few Power Flow classes under your belt and a willingness to play and learn. Want to arrive warmed up? Join us for the 5:30pm Beats class right before.
