We had our biggest class ever to celebrate our beloved friend, Cas. Thank you to all who joined us in the room, in the parking lot, and on Zoom. It was a beautiful class.

A special FREE class to celebrate our beloved friend Cas- Saturday July 19 9am

Please read fully- lots of important information!

This class will be the biggest class we’ve ever had- this is Cas we’re talking about!

If you want to practice in the room, you must sign in ahead of time!

There will be an “outside studio” set up in the parking lot and the sound will be piped outside. Outside class is available by sign in or drop in.

This class will be available live on Zoom and recorded (see comments for Zoom link).

We will celebrate at 10:30 with popsicles and watermelon- you don’t have to practice to join the party!

The parking lot will be blocked off. There will parking available in the former Advance Autoparts parking lot this SATURDAY ONLY (on 3rd St behind our building). Please plan to leave yourself enough time to find parking.

If you’re signed into the room, bring yoga mat, bath-sized towel, and water. Please come well-hydrated, clean, and fragrance-free.
