I was talking with some friends yesterday, they shared that Corydon folks can be stuck in old ways. But as someone who didn’t grow up here, I told them I’m witnessing in real time how this town is progressing in so many wonderful ways, while still holding onto genuine, deeply rooted American values.
Leadership Harrison County has been such a meaningful experience for me. It’s shown me that there are people here who truly care about making a difference in their community—setting beliefs, opinions, and personal choices aside to focus on what really matters: how we show up for one another in real life.
This project is one of many that enriches our county by giving a voice to those who may not otherwise be heard.
Today is the final day to donate. Whether it’s $2 or $200, it’s together that we make a real difference in our community.
🚨 FINAL DAY TO GIVE 🚨
We’re in the final push this weekend to raise the last $1,550 needed to fully fund our project!
This additional funding will allow us to establish an endowment through the Harrison County Community Foundation, ensuring both long-term upkeep and future expansion of the 5 picture communication boards installed in our local parks — helping us better serve our community for years to come.
To the many who have already generously supported this project — THANK YOU. Your generosity is making a lasting impact 💙
If you haven’t partnered with us yet, would you consider making a gift today? Every dollar helps us cross the finish line and invest in the future of inclusive play in Harrison County.
