As COPD Awareness Month comes to a close, we want to shine a light on a resource that makes a real difference for our community: Wayne County Hospital’s Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program.

Our Pulmonary Rehab team provides:
💨 Breathing techniques to manage shortness of breath
🏃‍♂️ Personalized exercise plans to improve strength and endurance
📚 Education about medications, oxygen use, and symptom management
🤝 Support to help patients stay active and independent

If you’ve been diagnosed with COPD or chronic lung disease, Pulmonary Rehab can help you breathe better and live better.
