Erwin's Family Eye Care is dedicated to meeting all of your vision needs. Family Eye Care is a locally owned private practice where Dr. David A.

Erwin and Dr. Danielle Erwin Ellis, his daughter, practice general optometry. They both are graduates of Coshocton High School and The Ohio State University College of Optometry. Dr. David Erwin graduated from optometry school in 1978, and Dr. Danielle Erwin Ellis graduated in 2011. They enjoy taking care of patients of all ages from infants to the elderly with their expertise in diagnosing and tr

eating eye disorders and diseases. They have state of the art equipment which allows them to diagnose conditions early on. They also enjoy the challenge of hard to fit contact lens patients.

We are very excited to share some special news with you!
A Coshocton native is returning to provide top-notch care to our community.

Our practice is growing, and we’re proud to welcome a new optometrist, Dr. Griffin Mason, to our team. Dr. Mason brings experience in comprehensive eye care, with a special interest in contact lenses, ocular disease, and binocular vision.

Dr. Mason is a 2019 Coshocton High School graduate and a 2026 Ohio State University College of Optometry graduate.

Appointments with Dr. Mason are now available beginning in July. If you’d like to schedule a visit, please call our office at 740-622-2270.

Thank you for trusting us with your eye care. We look forward to continuing to serve you—now with an even stronger team!

P.S. Dr. Dave is still seeing patients, but is glad to welcome new help and experience. Dr. Danielle is still seeing patients as normal.
