We’re just a few weeks out from our 6th annual Turkey Trot, and we couldn’t be more excited! As we prepare for this incredible event, we want to remind you how meaningful this gathering is for our community, especially in support of the nonprofit, For the Children.

Your support will provide FTC Santa Ana the resources to provide life changing memories for the kids at camp and mentoring.

Here’s a quick reminder of the event details:

📅 Date: Thursday, November 27th
🕗 Time: 8:00 AM
📍 Location: Fairview Park (enter off Canyon Dr.), 2350 Canyon Dr, Costa Mesa, CA 92627
💰 Cost: Zero. Zip. Nada! All we ask is that you consider making a donation. You can bring cash or a check to For The Children, either to the studio before the event or on race day itself.

We are incredibly proud to announce that our annual Thanksgiving Turkey Trot is supporting For The Children, a nonprofit (formerly known as Royal Family Kids) dedicated to creating life-changing moments for children impacted by abuse, abandonment, and neglect. Through their flagship Royal Family Kids Camps, they provide a safe haven of hope, joy, and unconditional care.

Here’s the best part: 100% of the funds we raise will go directly to their work, right here in our community💙. Every step you take and every dollar you donate helps write a new story for a child.

A massive thank you to our first two incredible donors, John & Gayle, who just launched our annual Trainer Revenge Menu! They made generous donations to the For The Children Organization and cashed it in by putting our trainers to work.

Feeling that slump? Your energy and motivation are dipping...

You’re doing all the “right” things - exercising, eating well, giving your all at work and at home, but it feels like your internal battery won’t hold a charge.🪫

This isn’t always a sign of weakness. Often, it’s a sign of imbalance.

Your body sends signals long before it starts sending distress calls. When life gets busy, underlying factors like stress, poor sleep quality, and nutritional gaps can quietly drain your reserves.

Your first thought might be, “I just need to push through.” But what if the real solution isn’t to push, but to recover?

Here are 3 small things you can implement right now to help you recharge:

1️⃣Audit Your Sleep Quality: It’s not just about the hours logged. Are you waking up feeling genuinely restored? Deep, restorative sleep is non-negotiable.

2️⃣Try a “Mindful Reset”: Step away from your desk for just five minutes. Focus on taking five slow, deep breaths. This simple act can lower stress and sharpen your focus for the rest of the day.
