🧡2025, you were something special🧡

So many moments of movement, healing, learning, and connection. From welcoming new patients, coaching exercises, caring for people in the office and out in the community, to teaching seminars and sharing space with the most incredible women, this year reminded me why I love what I do!

I am endlessly grateful for every person who trusted me with their care, showed up for themselves, and became part of the Mindful Movement Chiropractic community. I feel incredibly blessed to do this work and to do it alongside such amazing humans!

If you see yourself in this video, drop a comment below:) I’d love to hear from you!

Clear skin is about nutrition, balanced hormones, gut health, and lifestyle —
but proper skin hygiene with clean products plays an important role as well!

I’m starting a simple, consistent routine with these products from and will be tracking how my skin responds over time!

No quick fixes. Just consistency.
Stay tuned ✨

Luke and I are back with part 3 of our series!
In this video, we’re going over how to use PIR (post-isometric relaxation) to help lengthen the lats 💪
After teaching Luke the technique, we retested his lat length — and saw a big improvement!
Let us know in the comments what topics or mobility tips you want us to cover next 👇

Luke and I are back for part 2!
In this video, we’re going over one of my favorite thoracic mobility exercises — Chest Drops 🙌
After just one set, we retested his thoracic rotation and lat length… and both improved!
Stay tuned for part 3 where we’ll show how to specifically lengthen your lats 💪

Luke came in with neck and shoulder pain, and we found the real issue wasn’t just in those areas.
We tested his thoracic rotation and lat length — both were limited!
These are two simple functional tests you can try on yourself!
In our next video, we’ll show exactly what we did to improve them.

Comprehensive care = faster progress + longer lasting results.
When we combine adjustments, soft tissue, and movement, we fix the why, not just the what.

Do you ever wonder if you’re performing a proper warm-up?
Here’s a simple, structured warm-up routine I use personally and with my patients before training. 👇

1️⃣ Light Aerobic Activity – Get your heart rate up (treadmill, rower, jump rope, etc.)
2️⃣ Mobility – Focus on your personal restrictions. In this video I’m working on windshield wipers + sleeper stretch.
3️⃣ Dynamic Stretches – Hit your major muscle groups, keep it moving!
4️⃣ Primer – Activate what your body tends to under-recruit (mine: glutes + lats).
5️⃣ Exercise-Specific Sets – Start light, groove the pattern, and build up to your working weight.

A warm-up should make you feel ready, not tired.
If you’re unsure what your mobility or primer work should look like, that’s where a rehab chiropractor can help — getting you personalized and pain-free movement for long-term performance.

One of the easiest ways to stay consistent with clean eating is to simplify your meal prep. My favorite hack? Cook once, eat twice. When I make dinner, I always prepare enough for at least one more meal - usually lunch the next day.

✅ Saves time
✅ Keeps you on track with your goals
✅ Reduces decision fatigue

Depending on how many people you’re cooking for, you can batch even more meals for the week. Small systems like this make clean eating way less overwhelming and way more doable long term!

👉 Do you already do this, or is this a hack you’ll try this week?
