My beautiful client Audrey came to me last minute in need of a spray tan. She chose to come to NoSH BoDY and get the Official Beettan. This amazing color is your own color kicked up from your own epidermis with sugar, she was already sweet (lol) but now sweet and stunning with her glow. Hey guys, it’s been a minute. In January I got this crazy idea to go to school full time, be a single mom and try to keep NoSH open. It was very challenging to say the least. I attended (California College Of Physical Arts), there I completed, anatomy, pathology, kinesiology, and trained in sports medicine, oncology, Swedish massage, deep tissue, cupping, acupressure and business.

I’m proud to say that I finish this program the week of my 50th birthday.

I will be continuing my education there and have truly made it a home away from home. I’ve made many friends that I will have for a lifetime.

I learned so much about myself and I will continue to grow spiritually emotionally and physically.

I’m excited to incorporate these new modalities into

We are so excited to announce that this March 2023 we will offer animal reiki for you!

We will start taking appointments now for the dates starting March 20th.

NoSH BoDY has beautiful organic, vegan tanning created by . Our client Emma is a teen and used our tanning mousse for her High School dance. (Permission from both parents were given to use photo of minors)

They both look stunning together and we love Emma’s natural glow! This made her feel more confident and beautiful on her magical night.

I love my small business so much!

NoSH BoDY originally started over 4 years ago for my children, making luxury organic skincare for them in my kitchen. Slowly it started to grow, then I was able to open my shop in 2020 where I do vegan airbrush tanning as well. Next, I added NoSH Holistic Wellness Center this year.

Now, I have my Reiki I & II Certifications and continue to grow and educate myself and others on clean beauty and living a more happy and peaceful life.
