Happy Holidays 🤍

No matter what traditions you’re celebrating this week, I truly hope you’re surrounded by the people you love — the ones who make you laugh until your sides hurt, who hold space for you, and who let you be completely, unapologetically yourself.

This season is such a reminder that wellness isn’t just about what we eat or how we care for our bodies — it’s about connection, presence, rest, and love. It’s about slowing down enough to feel grateful for the moments that matter most.

My go-to omega-3–packed lunch that truly works as food as medicine 🤍

This bowl is simple, but every ingredient has a purpose.
