My go-to omega-3–packed lunch that truly works as food as medicine 🤍
This bowl is simple, but every ingredient has a purpose.
I used smoked salmon (Szechuan an incredible source of omega-3 fatty acids, which support brain health, hormone balance, inflammation reduction, and cardiovascular health.
