I will be holding a Sound Bath to celebrate 17 years of Pilates Ten!🌟

Sound bath will take place on our anniversary,

Wednesday 4/1 at 7:30pm

This will be a donation optional session so feel free to come, bring your partner or a friend!

The sound bath will be hosted at Thrive Training-Irvine
We will also have a raffle box at the event to win private Pilates sessions with me and my instructors, a facial with Pure Radiance, and more. Drawing will take place at the end of April. Everyone in attendance will receive a raffle ticket!

Please bring a mat, a pillow and a blanket. Eye coverings or anything else to help you relax into the session
