Join us this Friday at Lifelines as we welcome special guest speaker Dr. Marlon Rollins!
Dr. Marlon Rollins, LPCC, LMHC is a behavioral health leader, speaker, and author dedicated to helping people transform adversity into purpose. His work is deeply rooted in both professional experience and personal journey, which have shaped his passion for guiding others through hardship toward resilience and meaning.
With more than two decades in behavioral healthcare and addiction recovery leadership, Dr. Rollins has worked with individuals, families, and organizations navigating some of life’s most difficult moments. Through these experiences, he developed the Growth Codes framework, a model that helps people strengthen resilience by aligning their spiritual, emotional, physical, and relational lives.
Dr. Rollins believes that resilience is not just about surviving pain, but learning how to use life’s challenges as fuel for growth. His work often explores the intersection of purpose, energy, and consistency; helping people understand how small daily actions can create powerful transformation over time.
He is the author of Resilience: Between Pain and Purpose and speaks nationally on resilience, leadership, recovery, and turning life’s struggles into a pathway toward deeper purpose.
At this Lifelines event, Dr. Rollins will share insights on consistency and the Growth Codes, using the metaphor of E = MC² to illustrate how focused energy, meaning, and consistent action can unlock personal growth and lasting change.
7PM at The Crossing Church in Costa Mesa. All are welcome to attend!
