Today I meditated under the big tree in our backyard. There seem to always be issues in my life. Why is it so hard for me to remember that God/the universe/the power source is able to solve every problem?

I just forget or what is my reluctance to believe that it could actually happen even though the same has happened over and over
in all the days of my life.

Today I will realize that no matter what is happening or not happening perspective makes all the difference and I can step out of it whatever it is to find peace to ask for help, even if it is only for a brief moment.
