Here is a great Neubie bicep and tricep workout with David at This is what he had to say about his experience with the Neubie Machine while working out with it.

This machine helps activate and engage muscles more effectively than weight training on its own.

Plus this helps with any pain you may be experiencing as it stimulates and activates muscles through neuro activation. David did have some pain in the left bicep but he said with the machine workout, he did not have any pain.

I did rehab work with him on his back pain last year and this is what he had to say with just one session.

“Last year I had used the nuebie machine because for 6 months I was having constant mid back thorastic pain. After just the first time using the nuebie my pain had disappeared and I haven’t expired that pain since.”

For rehab work; a body scan/body mapping is done first and then the electrodes are placed on the hot spots and then stretching and light movement is done with the recovery mode.
