Cotati Dental Wellness has an opening for a full-time Front Office Administrator position.
Dental experience not necessary, but highly valued. Training provided. We are a growing, quality-driven practice interested in long-term relationships with our team members. We are seeking a kind, motivated, efficient, organized, friendly team player to join us as we continue to grow.
A 4-5 day work schedule is available immediately for the right candidate.
You will be working with caring doctors and team members and will be offered a professional atmosphere and competitive pay.

Requirements for Front Desk Coordinator Position – candidate should have:
• excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• some Spanish knowledge (ideal but not required)
• correct grammar and vocabulary
• solid typing skills
• strong ability to take direction and ask questions
• generally positive attitude
• ability to connect with people to make them feel welcome and well cared for
Be willing to perform variety of front desk tasks including:
• checking patients in and out
• answering patient queries
• taking and returning phone calls, emails, and texts throughout the day
• reviewing treatment cost estimates with patients
• taking patient payments
• processing mail
• paying bills
• light office upkeep
