Today Mind the Crown had the honor of facilitating Carry Your Message with the team at RSM.

This experience invited participants to pause and reflect on what they are choosing to carry forward in this season of leadership and work. Through guided intention setting and a hands on affirmation tote activity, the room was filled with creativity, clarity, and meaningful conversation.

We believe what we carry matters. The words we choose matter. The boundaries we set matter.
