When I chose teal for this design for 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐧, I thought it was bold and elevated. Shortly after placing production, I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer — and later learned teal is the awareness color.

What started as a design decision became deeply personal.

Today I’m introducing:

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐥 — $5 from every bag supports the Minnesota Ovarian Cancer Alliance.
𝐋𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐞 — rich, confident, and rooted in quiet power.

Today Mind the Crown had the honor of facilitating Carry Your Message with the team at RSM.

This experience invited participants to pause and reflect on what they are choosing to carry forward in this season of leadership and work. Through guided intention setting and a hands on affirmation tote activity, the room was filled with creativity, clarity, and meaningful conversation.

We believe what we carry matters. The words we choose matter. The boundaries we set matter.
