Emily loves to be able to spend her free time with her family (which includes her new baby boy that was born this year👶🏼), being able to go outside and get her body moving🚶🏼‍♀️, reading📖, and baking🍞

Emily's passion for nutrition began out of a personal need. She walked through her own health struggles and realized quick fixes, surface level answers, and fad diets weren't truly helping. She wanted to understand why her body reacting the way it was.

After learning about whole foods, digestion and how the body works she found an immense transformation in her health. Now she loves to be able to help others find root causes, support their bodies naturally, and help them feel confident in how they care for themselves body, mind and spirit🥗🍠🍓
