Consuming less salt is pretty common advice for supporting heart health. While this is a great suggestion for those who get too much of it in their diets, many people require more than they're getting. Not getting enough electrolytes in your system can be just as detrimental as getting too much. Your heart needs electrolytes (even sodium) for proper electrical signaling!

We recommend newborns come in for a new patient visit as soon after birth as possible. This allows Dr. Caroline the opportunity to determine any misalignments caused by birth and adjust accordingly to get baby's nerve system functioning properly early on.
