Pain When Tying Your Shoe or Climbing Stairs? That’s a Built-In Test.
Small daily movements—like bending down to tie a shoe or stepping up a stair—are some of the best test and retest indicators we have. If those motions start to feel smoother and less painful, it tells us your treatment plan is moving in the right direction.
But clinic work is only half the equation.
At-home exercises and rehab reinforce the exact mobility and stability we’re building—especially in the hips and core. Subtle changes in how you move can reveal a lot about soft-tissue flexibility, control, and the health of the surrounding joints.
Consistency = progress.
Function = the goal.
