Darla Hubbard – Medical Records
Started: November 27, 2017
What she loves most about her job: The incredible staff who make the office such a comfortable and supportive place to work, and the sincerity shown to every employee.
Outside of work: Darla enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and gardening.
Fun Fact: She’s a proud cat lover and always happy to help others!

Hannah Aymond – Medical Transcriptionist
Started: August 2017
What she loves most about her job: Helping others and making a difference each day.
Outside of work: Hannah loves spending time with her family and friends, and enjoys gardening.
Fun Fact: She’s an animal lover through and through!

Caitlyn Juneau – Medical Records Clerk
Started: February 2024
What she loves most about her job: Being able to play a small but meaningful role in helping clients during challenging times. Keeping records organized helps clients move one step closer to the support they need — and she finds it so rewarding knowing her attention to detail can truly make a difference.
Outside of work: You can catch Caitlyn at a sports complex watching her kids or doing anything that involves them — her kids are her whole world and more.
Fun Fact: She’s a very honest person, so her boss affectionately calls her the “Straight Shooter.”
