Ni**le Reduction is a procedure do don’t do all that often, but the results are really excellent in the right patient. I think most of our patients don’t know its even an option. In truth the only way it ever comes up is if one of the girls in the office brings it up to a patient as an option they could consider.
It is a very simple procedure where the height of the ni**le is reduced by taking a sliver of skin from the base. Complications are very uncommon and satisfaction is very hi with this one.

✨Abdominoplasty✨
This athletic 34 year old patient of ours was done having children and noted a full, boxy appearance to her abdomen as well as re**us diastasis that was interfering with her core, and self-confidence.
We performed an abdominoplasty and she looks great. Her abdomen is flat and her belly-button is natural looking. She does have a short vertical scar as she is a patient who didnt have a tremendous amount of skin excess, but it is worth it to have most of the scar low, insider her bikini line. The vertical will fade with time and now there is much we can do to improve the scar in the long-run.

Wow!⭐️
We were seeing this patient in follow up for a recent revision (at 1 month), and we just happened to check back at her original before photo and myself, and the patient were just floored.
Now, this is not a 1-surgery result. This is after several surgeries taking place over more than 1 year. She has also “done the work” by being committed to a healthy lifestyle and exercise etc. and truly the best results are achieved with a team approach.

Fleur-de-lis conversion (to additionally tighten upper abdominal skin)

MULTIMODAL PAIN THERAPY 💊
Treating pain from multiple angles, in multiple ways.
We have an exciting new pain control protocol at 22. This includes:
Journavix (a new nerve medicine)
Exparel (a numbing medicine that lasts 3 days)
Narcotics
Anxiolytics
What is new is the Journavix. This is a medicine that inhibits the function of nerve fibers responsible for pain. What we have seen with it is incredible. Using this multi-armed approach our paints needs for narcotics is way down after surgeries.
This is good for so many reasons. Patients are more comfortable, but also complications associated with narcotics (constipation, addiction, somnolence, having extra narcotics in the home) are all less with this pain protocol.
We are exited about it and so are our patients!

✨Complex Revision Breast Augmentation and Lift✨
This is a very challenging type of case where implants that have been in place for a long time and have taken on a less-than-ideal shape, can be corrected. This patient was in just that position and by exchanging her implants for a more proportionate profile & style, as well as extensively revising the implant pocket and the skin (mastopexy) we were able to help her.
Her result demonstrates an impressive change, she is more natural in appearance, rippling is reduced, and she is very very happy (which is what really matters).
This job can be very rewarding and this is one of those times 😎

✨Breast Augmentation (255cc)✨
This patient of ours is young and athletic, she wanted a change in her breast shape even more than a change in size. She wanted to better fill out the breast she already had and add a little upper pole fullness.
For this we placed 255cc Sientra breast implants and her results are impeccable!
As they say, “Keep ‘em guessing”. 💐💐💐

💐Breast Augmentation 355cc 💐
This patient, to whom we are very grateful for allowing her photos to be shared, wanted a notable change in her breast size but didn’t want to look too “done”.
We accomplished this with 355cc & 385cc breast implants using a dual-plane technique. Dual-plane involves placing an implant partially under the muscle and partially under the breast.
In the photos you can see a result that is significantly changed, but in the upper pole a more natural shape is retained. The shape isn’t overly round, and there are no hard-lines that can be breast-aug give away.

✨Breast Augmentation (355cc)✨
This patient was self-conscious about her breast size and wanted more fullness. She wanted a meaningful change but not something too obvious in clothing.
She is seen here at 3 months post-op and she is very happy. Her result is exactly as she had hoped and I am very happy for her. 💐💐

💐Only 2-months out!💐
⭐️Tummy Tuck & Liposuction⭐️
This patient is seen here only two months after abdominoplasty and liposuction. We are posting her two month result because she is leaving the state for good as she is moving to a new part of the country. She is so thrilled with her results that she came in early to have her photos taken so that we could share them with you all. Swelling will continue to improve for another 6 to 9 months, and I can hardly believe how good this will look at that time.
What’s really excellent here is her belly button. She is ecstatic with her belly button results. She could certainly wear a bikini to the beach or pool and no one would ever be able to tell that she had had a tummy tuck. She has a flat tummy now and has some athletic contours from high definition liposuction that will continue to come in over months as her swelling resolves.
I am so excited for her !

✨Tummy-Tuck & 360 Liposuction✨
Another excellent abdominoplasty. This patient has had an amazing transformation. What is unique to this case is that part of her complaint was that a previous surgery had caused her to have a deep depression on her left flank. This really bothered her and was a big part of why she went with a tummy tuck.
Fortunately, we were able to completely eliminate that contour and not only that we seriously changed she contour of her flanks/hips and abdomen.
⭐️ Her belly button is decidedly natural looking and she could 100% wear a bikini with confidence that her low-scar will hide, and her belly button scar will not be an immediate give-away. ⭐️

⭐️Tummy Tuck & Liposuction⭐️
This 40 year old mother of 3 had noticed some changes to her abdomen that she was not fond of. She noted skin laxity and excess of her abdomen that sat in a bit of a spare tire confirmation around her lower abdomen. She felt that the skin was mobile and lax and made her feel very self-conscious. Additionally, she noted some roundness to abdominal wall contour that was attributable to re**us diastasis.
She underwent abdominoplasty and we have undertaken to create for her a very natural appearance. She looks very athletic, as she should, given that she is a very athletic individual. Her body better matches, her overall physique and her dedication to her physical well-being.
She is thrilled with these results as are we. Her belly button does not look surgical.

⭐️Breast Augmentation 385cc⭐️
This patient wanted a noticeable change, but not too much. We were able to get her desire pretty much exactly by using ‘wish pictures’. She first tried on sizers in our clinic, then using her wish pics we were able to have a very in-depth conversation about exactly what she wanted, and what she didn’t.
These implants are placed partially under the muscle and partially under the breast. This is called “dual plane”. For a lot of our slender patients, especially those wanting substantial implant sizes we find it can be a great way to perform breast augmentation.
No one way is right for all bodies.
