Some people don’t get bad results because of their surgeon. They get bad results because they neglected or got frugal with recovery.

193 pounds ago...I was content, but I wasn't happy.

I felt slow, haggard, cloudy, and broken. I had fallen into the stream that Utah people bask in often; mediocrity.

But, "why not me?" Is what I asked after looking in the mirror and grieving a body that was doing it's best to keep me going, but falling short more often than not.

So I did try a GLP-1 but I didn't do it the "trend" way. I worked for an endocrinologist upon graduating with my medical assistant degree, so these tools weren't new to me. But the abuse that exploded the industry was heartbreaking.

I micro dosed for 8 months, and lost 43 lbs. Safely. Realistically. Consistently. Keeping up with my blood work. Proteins. Movement.

My journey to my goals is a process just like the journey that ended me in the place I wasn't happy with. But it is a journey that I'll keep walking.
