Tena Hosie received her canine rehabilitation certification from The Canine Rehabilitation Institute in Loxahatchee, Florida, in January 2007. Tena completed a working internship in canine rehabilitation at Veterinary Orthopedic Sports Medicine in Maryland from July, 2006 thru November of 2006. Prior to specializing in canine rehab, Tena received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine in 1992. She has practiced physical therapy for the last 22 years in Maine, New Hampshire, Utah and Maryland. She has practiced in a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation. Tena enjoys skiing, kayaking, scrapbooking and spending time with her husband and two four legged daughters, Sophie and Ruby.

Late to the Party formed in 2024. They fuse bluegrass, 80s rock, Americana, and predictable dad jokes. Hailed by one critic as, “Not too bad.”
Melissa Mullins picked up the fiddle in 2020. She is fond of embellishments, slides, and a rowdy yell out. Her fiddle instructor is Deanie Richardson, IBMA two-time fiddle player of the year.
Mat Ulmer taught music in the public school system until he came to his senses and retired. He teaches piano and voice lessons when not tearing it up with Late to the Party. Mat also has a weird thing for bells; he is the Associate Conductor of the Bells at Temple Square.
Ryan Miller started playing guitar when he was nine and is still obsessed with shiny guitars. He has played in bands and solo, and has won multiple awards, including from City Weekly and Best of Salt Lake Live Music Award.
