Offering sound baths and individual sound healing sessions in Cottonwood, AZ.

Sun Nov. 2 @ 4pm. Join us for a Shamanic Sound Journey with native American drum, flute, Tibetan bowls, RavMoon drum, and other sound healing instruments. We begin with the drum in a guided shamanic journey. Then we continue with the other healing instruments as you are bathed in their healing sounds and vibrations. You may bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and any other items for your comfort, or I have mats and blankets you can use. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. ***DIRECTIONS*** Please note that Google directions are incorrect. From 89A go to the light and turn on Zalesky Rd into the RV park. Then turn left and go to the end of the gravel road to the ECO Community Center.

Sunday 10/19 @ 4pm. Clear and balance your chakras during this and led by Sharon Wittmann. We will connect to each chakra, releasing any blocks and then affirming the power and strength that each chakra brings into our lives. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in.
