Sun Mar 15th @ 4pm. Release & Re-Align Sound Bath. Stress, anxiety, old beliefs and thought patterns can all affect our physical and emotional wellbeing. In this sound bath we will use breathing techniques, guided meditation, and sound to help us Release old ways that do not support us and Re-Align to our true Spiritual state of wellbeing. The sound bath will include gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls and other sound healing instruments. Sun Mar 1st @ 3:30pm Are you ready for the Year of the Fire Horse? This will be a powerful year for manifesting, so it's important to be very clear about the intentions we set. Through the process of visioning we can gain greater clarity of what we truly desire to manifest that will be for our Highest and Best Good. A guided meditation will help you access your Higher Self and ask specific questions about what may be blocking you from manifesting the life you desire. Also, you may receive information about ways in which you can grow and ideas you could embrace to help manifest that life. The guided meditation will be followed by a with crystal bowls, gongs, and Tibetan bowls to allow for further exploration into your vision. Space is limited to 15 people. You may bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and any other items for your comfort, or I have mats and blankets you can use. The workshop begins at 3:30. Doors open at 3:00. Finding Harmonic Balance in Your Life

My practice focuses on assisting clients to heal on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level through Sound & Energy Healing. I use a combination of Acutonics® (precision calibrated tuning forks applied to specific acupuncture points), gongs, Tibetan bowls, and crystal bowls as well as various energy healing modalities to release the root cause of the ailment or dis-ease. I also offer weekly Gong & Crystal Bowl Meditations in a group setting.
