When you do not see your true self, you let yourself down, cut yourself short….and you feel that something is missing in your life. You reach outside of yourself to compensate the void, ( media , addiction…)
But in reality it is your soul calling you back to yourself, you will see that people around you let you down as well…it is your vibration/ energy reflecting back at you!
So now you have your answer, get back to yourself, meditate, fun time and new ways of thinking, no more putting yourself down.
Life is a solo journey towards happiness nobody can give you that …happiness, freedom comes from within! 🙏🙌🌹

Choosing to look at a higher perspective when you are stuck in a situation/ decision will move the energy for life to flow again.
You cannot find a solution if you keep looking with the same mindset that created the problem in the first place!!
Everything has a positive and negative aspect in life ( yin & yang)
So change your thinking, look at it from a higher, brighter perspective!

Distance energy healing !!
In my experience it works exactly the same way as a healing session in person ( for receivers ). The practitioner will have a clear intention of just being a channel for this universal energy healing to be transferred to the recipient…
Energy is everywhere and in everything when you understand this , then you will know that energy travels through space and time. ( focus is where energy flows)
In my experience people who receive Reiki distance healing had great success ( they often relaxes quickly and deeper because they are at home …)
In energy healing relaxation is key !! It is when the healing process begins, energy can flow freely and your body/mind/ soul return into balance!

Sound healing is very powerful to move stagnant energy in the body.
It helps to process our emotions, calm the mind which induces us in a meditative state …
Sound healing will heal physical pain as well ( physical pain is disrupted energy in the body) .

Reiki energy and sound healing therapy are complimentary to each other…
Tibetan bowl will be more grounded for me than Crystal bowl but this is just my personal experience…
Try it for yourself it is a nice way to receive an energy massage !! Take care of your body/ mind/ soul.

Today I want to talk about fake information floating online about the pineal gland ( third eye)
There’s a lot of people believing that they need to do special changes in their diet , water …to activate/ décalcifies their pineal gland.
I saw a post telling people how distilled water will décalcifies the pineal gland!!! Your body needs minerals from the water. Drinking distilled water will deprive your body from minerals … ! ( Traditional Culture used to drink water from the Earth , river , rain ..not distilled /dead water )
You do not open your third eye from the outside in !!
You have to go in within yourself!!
The pineal gland will expand/ activate from:
1: deep meditation
2: nervous system coherence
3: Heart-brain coherence
4:parasympathetic dominance
You can help as well moving your body ( yoga , swimming, stretching..) eating healthy…but it’s to help your nervous systems to regulate.
I write from my own experience , so always have discernment check with yourself about what you read online…
