How to understand / hear messages from your guide / ancestors…. ?
We all have a guide / loved one….
They are here to support us,guide us for our highest good.
Our guide will choose to communicate with us by using objects, numbers, songs… that resonate with you and only you !!
There’s no universal spirit language.. it is personal to each of us, can be a feeling, a special number…
So we have to connect often to learn how to communicate with our guidance, it’s about practice !!
Every day asking to connect and listen… you can ask your guide to show you proof in your 3D life for confirmation : « show me a yellow balloon in the next 24 hours «
Guided meditation will help to connect with your guidance.
Also before falling asleep at night is a very good time to talk with them…

What is karma ?
Karma is the ripple effect of our energy vibration that we sent to the universe coming back to us ( words that we said, actions that we took…) . It is the law of the universe.
Karma is not a punishment, it is here to show / teach us what we like or don’t like. It forces us to look at ourselves…
But as humans we have a hard time accepting that everything we going through is for our own growth..( we see it as negative )
We need to look at karma as a teacher of the truth of who we are !
This means that sometimes we need to go back to the family history that kept karma patterns alive… then we can see where it comes from and how we can choose to change those patterns / habits …
Everything in life , like karma, has 2 polarities , positive and negative , it is just about our perception point of view. Choose wisely …

Self energy healing !
As a Reiki practitioner, self healing is necessary to be energetically / physically balanced .
When you first learned energy healing ( Reiki ) you must do 21 days of self energy healing…in this period changes in your life will occur ( big or small) your self awareness will increase, your taste will change…
It is so important to be mindful of our state of mind, being…before we transfer energy healing into someone else…
Self healing practices will activate the body’s natural state of relaxation.
Emotionally, self healing creates a safe space to feel stored emotions.
Mentally it brings clarity, reduces overthinking…
Spirituality , self healing deepen the relationship with yourself , over time this can lead to inner peace, purpose…
In my opinion self healing brings autonomy, we no longer depend solely on outside solutions.

How to find authentic spiritual teacher/ guide…
In my opinion lineage, where they learned or with who is not in my needs when I look for a mentor…
I will observe more about how the teacher expressed themselves, if they talking like they are completely healed and know more than you ( and about you ) it is a big red flag ! Healing is a long life journey …( every time we get to heal something in us we upgraded to the next level of healing ourselves…. ) I do not believe in someone that places themselves in a higher spiritual position than students. ( even if the teacher has 35 years in spiritual work) a spiritual teacher is not here to control, judge you or your choices.
A teacher that doesn’t practice daily what their preaching is just someone with knowledge but no experiences! ( what makes someone a spiritual guide is spiritual experiences !!!! ) .
Always listen to your first impression it’s never wrong…
You do not need a spiritual advisor if you’re well connected with your own spiritual guide / Angel …
But if you choose to be guided by someone when going through awakening …. Just be mindful with who you trust.
And yes some people are not authentic they just study spiritual words, but do not apply their knowledge in their own Life ( which can be a inaccurate guide) , they just here to take money…

Shame !
Shame is about who we are ( a belief) vs Guilt is about what we did ( actions)it is much easier to accept forgive what we did with awareness and responsibility….
But Shame goes far deeper !
Often it is being in a cycle of getting shamed by others for a period of time as a child, teens ( even adult when we have been in the same cycle all of our life !) by family , friends, teachers…
That Shame is unprinted in our Subconscious and until we are willing to see/ accept it, it will remains hidden there.
1: accept shame
2: understand that the people who shamed you , were projecting their own views / beliefs on you ( which is not the truth of you) .
3: awareness of ourselves ( very important to know ourselves in and out !!)
Shame is a false belief , just a programming , often people who shamed others have shame in them as well ( toxic people always reflect their own wounds on to others and don’t have the awareness of themselves…) .
Often behind shame we will find a gift of ours that was hidden there , something that is our true identity that comes from inside of us …
Meditation / spending time with ourselves will dissolve this belief / program…when we know ourselves physically, mentally and spiritually with love and compassion nobody can disturb our balance !

Spring Equinox on the 20 of March is a great time for balance.
Spiritually Equinox carries a deep symbolism that was honored across cultures for thousands of years….
Day and night are equal, a powerful energy that we can call into ourselves to bring balance into our lives…
Balancing our lights and shadows to find neutrality in those two aspects .
Integrating past and future self, returning into center .
A time to set new intentions , news beginning / rebirth.
Allow new energy to rise between ourselves .
So on this day ( all weekend) self awareness will help us to see clearly with more balance…
So take advantage of this energy to connect with yourself and spend time with Nature…

How to protect our energy?
It starts having strong boundaries : we have to say No ! (Where before we said Yes and end up drained…)
Meditation helps ( is necessary for me)
Spiritual practice is important for all sensitive people ….( healer , massage therapist, intuitive…)
Morning and night…
It can be very simple with a strong intention. ( your belief and intention to be shielded with light is what makes it happen) .
Visualization is very powerful: imagine a beautiful light coming down all around you , entering your crown chakra….
We can call on our guide/ loved one/ Angel… to help with the process…
Sage…or sounds …( high pitch sounds) to clean / clear any energy in your environment …
Crystal or gemstones: wear on your skin or in your pocket , ex: black Tourmaline, Labradorite, smoky quartz…
Salt bath, or apply salt directly on skin and rinse… ( it works well and you get a skin scrub as well…😉) .
Grounding in Nature, yoga, swimming….
When we doing it every day it becomes a good habit and we can feel the difference in our state of mind.
Find our joy , authenticity will protect us naturally because light always stands out against darkness!!!
This is where our wellbeing starts, taking care of our energy!!

Taking care of your Nervous System is the most precious gift for yourself at this time in a world of uncertainty/ chaos/ confusion…
Being able to recognize when you need a break to recenter yourself / breathe…is what will help you to keep a healthy state of mind.
Right now the collective energy is very strong / chaotic…so for all sensitive/ empaths / healers … it is critical to keep your energy clean/ clear…
I noticed that I have been up and down in my mood because of watching the world News…then my guidance showed me in a dream that in the middle of chaos I wasn’t scared or anxious …. I was absorbing anxiety / sadness from the collective energy!
So now if I want to know what is happening in the world before watching I set my intentions to not absorb energy that is not for my highest good, and ask my guides …
For protection and discernment to stay neutral in my thoughts ( no judgement) . And I keep it short as well.
Having a spiritual/ grounding practice every day is what will keep you centered …
Just consciously breathing will change your state of mind …

A potential time for” reset button “
A cosmic intervention helping to break cycle of over thinking or perfectionism…
It’s a potent time to clear “clutter “in your home …as well detoxifying your body , reviewing your daily routine… awareness of what is nourishing you and what is draining you …
Because it’s a blood Moon ( with eclipse!) it does heighten sensitivity and often brings up hidden truths, emotions….to be acknowledged , processed and healed.
It’s a time of growth .
Take advantage of this energy with awareness and love for yourself. Set intention for yourself. Burn a red candle , meditate with the Moon energy, take baths with salt to cleanse your energy..

When you do not see your true self, you let yourself down, cut yourself short….and you feel that something is missing in your life. You reach outside of yourself to compensate the void, ( media , addiction…)
But in reality it is your soul calling you back to yourself, you will see that people around you let you down as well…it is your vibration/ energy reflecting back at you!
So now you have your answer, get back to yourself, meditate, fun time and new ways of thinking, no more putting yourself down.
Life is a solo journey towards happiness nobody can give you that …happiness, freedom comes from within! 🙏🙌🌹
