We’re excited to announce thatAllegheny Mountain Fitness will be hosting Wild Roots Yoga starting in August! One more step toward improving the health of our little community!

Wild Roots Yoga will now be located at Allegheny Mountain Fitness! ❤️

Be on the look out for class dates starting in August! Weekly scheduled classes will be for Vinyasa Flow. Other personal scheduling options are Children’s and Restorative yoga. You can book private classes or events by messaging the 🧘🏻‍♀️ page.

I am excited to ramp up classes, and look forward to sharing this new space with you all! 💜
