Meet Elaine one of our intern therapist in our West Des Moines location. Elaine is a big fan of pineapple on pizza, dreams of teleporting so she can grab sweet treats anytime and hopes to visit Amsterdam someday! She loves yoga, farmers markets, new food spots and cheering on her Iowa Hawkeyes. 💛🖤

Your first session is all about getting comfortable, learning what to expect, and beginning your journey at your own pace. You don’t have to have it all figured out just be open to starting.

What an exciting update from Woodbine Community School District!

We’re proud to share that the district has seen a 40%+ decline in behavior incidents this year!
It's a powerful reflection of the positive culture our students, staff, and community partners are building together.

Our partnership with Family Connections in Woodbine has played an essential role in supporting student well-being and strengthening the systems that help our Tigers grow. Through this collaboration, students have gained increased emotional support, stronger relationships, and additional resources that uplift the whole school community.

This improvement highlights meaningful growth in:
✔ emotional regulation and student self-awareness
✔ healthier, more supportive peer relationships
✔ stronger classroom culture
✔ effective positive behavior systems

A decline this significant means more learning time, more joyful interactions, and a calmer, safer environment where every Tiger can thrive. Together, with our families, staff, and community partners, we are building a school culture rooted in connection and care.
