Words matter more than we think. What we say to others OR ourselves can either build us or someone up or quietly break them or ourselves down. A comment that feels small to you might stay with someone all day—or longer. Before speaking, take a moment to ask: Is it kind? Is it necessary? Is it helpful?
Choosing your words carefully doesn’t mean staying silent—it means speaking with intention, respect, and awareness. Let’s create spaces where people feel safe, valued, and heard. 💬
