This is a targeted spot treatment for those already in tune with their body.
Ideal for in-between regular sessions, when you have slept wrong, or a sudden onset of discomfort when time is limited.

Intentional, focused, and effective when appropriate.

Massage therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Bodies respond differently, and needs change over time.
If I feel another massage therapist may be better suited to address what a client is experiencing, I make a recommendation. I also encourage clients to explore care with different therapists—it isn’t “cheating,” it’s informed self-care.

The goal is always the same: support the body in the way it needs most.
