Dr. Byram, MD is a board-certified physician specializing in Sports Medicine and General Orthopaedics. He proudly serves as the team physician for several local schools, including Captain Shreve, Evangel, Haughton, Loyola College Prep, North DeSoto, and Parkway High School. Dr. Byram is an active member of multiple national and regional orthopedic societies and brings a strong academic background with numerous honors and scholarships from Louisiana State University. His approach to care focuses on helping patients recover safely, return to activity, and perform at their best.

🗣️ Shout out to Laura, one of our Home Health Occupational Therapy Assistants, for going the extra mile. One of our sweet patients wanted to participate in a door decorating contest and Laura turned it into an OT treatment session.

⭐️ Fun fact… OT was fundamentally founded in the early 1900s on the Arts and Crafts Movement to provide purpose, structure and mental healing for those with both mental and physical illnesses. OT played a vital role in the recovery of WWI soldiers with therapeutic use of arts and crafts.

Thank you, Laura, for going the extra mile for our patients and getting back to the roots of OT. We are beyond grateful to have you on our team! 💗
