Hey everyone! Just wanted to introduce myself for our new followers! I’m Jaime, Owner, and Creator, of Sway Yoga. 🌻 I opened Sway a little over a year ago in Coventry, RI. 💫
The practice of yoga has been a constant in my life for close to 10 years now. I finished my training back in 2018, and began teaching right away. My mat (for me) has always offered me a chance to slow down, disconnect, and find peace. After years of teaching at numerous studios throughout RI, I was so happy to open Sway in September of 2024. 🧘🏻♀️
Our growing community of students as well as instructors is something that I am so grateful for every day! It is filled with truly wonderful souls that inspire and lift ME up each day! 💕
Outside of yoga and Sway, I love getting the chance to just relax at home, enjoy nature, listen to music, play guitar, enjoy good food, always accompanied by something sweet for dessert! 🧁
