We’re excited to kick off our 45-Day Healthy Habits Challenge, designed to help you build sustainable habits, fuel your body properly, and push your fitness further than ever before. All with coaching, accountability, and community support.
📅 Challenge Dates: January 5 – February 28
✅ Daily Challenge Tasks
The Alpha Challenge closely resembles the “Hard Program.”
Each day, participants must complete ALL of the following:
* Two workouts per day
* Must be two separate sessions
* One workout must be outdoors
* Follow a healthy nutrition plan (no cheat meals)
* Drink 1 gallon (128 oz) of water
* No alcohol
* Take 1 progress photo
* Complete 1 mindfulness activity
(Examples: reading, meditation, affirmations)
* Check in daily with your Coach & Team
