Paradigm Counseling Providing Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy and psychiatric evaluations As a therapist, I am as traditional as my hair and love for sci-fi and fantasy.

My ideal client is the person that feels that the world has without them and they are stuck at this spot. The people that feels that no one understand the anxiety that they feel daily. The people that would rather binge on anime than face the world that triggers them everyday. Finding a space that is comfortable and affirming to anyone that walks past my doorstop is my first intention and priority. I strive to be the space to allow you to express and feel without no limitations or repercussions. In our time together, we will work towards finding and harnessing the resiliency we all possess. In our work, trauma will no longer define us. You are in control of the entire process and I am here to hold space with you and be the helping force along the way. As well, I'm a lover of so many fandoms and I love to bring that into our work together. Everyone has a comfort fandom, may it be Star Wars, Pokemon, Attack on Titan, or hugging your squishmallow. Bringing that level of comfort to your process is something I hold very important to me. I would love to talk more about all these things with you in a consult.
