It Speech Therapy Month!!

We want to shine a spotlight on our incredible Speech-Language Pathologist, Lindsey, who’s been transforming lives for 20 years!

Her favorite part of being SLP?
Building meaningful connections with patients and their families while helping them enhance their communication, cognition, and swallowing abilities. Lindsey finds joy in guiding patients through the emotional challenges of inpatient rehab, whether through targeted therapy or simply being a compassionate listener.

After 10 incredible years as a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant at AMG, Mike is moving to Kentucky with his fiancée, Rhys! Rhys, who also worked at AMG, is starting her surgical residency in Kentucky, and we couldn’t be more proud of her!
The therapy team will deeply miss Mike, but we’re wishing them the absolute best of luck in their exciting new chapter.

🌊⚓️ This week at AMG rehab Hospital we celebrated HOSPITAL WEEK with a week of fun, themed days to recognize their dedication, resilience, and compassion in providing exceptional care. Hospital Week is a time to celebrate the heart of healthcare—our people—who make a difference every day!
Here was our themed lineup:

Monday: Fisherman & Sea Animals
Tuesday: Beach Hair Don’t Care
Wednesday: Pool party
Thursday: Pirates & Mermaids
Friday: Miami Vice vs. Yacht Club
