Today is the cosmic reset. This energy is great for looking at deep, hidden truths. If you have been doing the work, you know this moon's intensity. The nervous system is recalibrating to this higher awareness. Set the intention to release what no longer serves. Cultivate mindfulness and conscious love. Take the time for self-care. Listen to the body. Be aware of your thoughts and emotions, but do not attach to them. Let it go, let it flow! We are all spiritual beings having a human experience. Our response to these experiences is key to our growth.
