DULUTH, Ga. — The Georgia Baptist Health Care Ministry Foundation awarded more than $9.2 million in grants to 87 health care ministries serving communities across the state on Thursday, Feb. 19, pushing the foundation’s total giving since 2007 past $100 million.

FREE Vision Screenings brought to you by the Covington - Ga. Lions Club at Willing Helpers Clinic on Thursday, January 15, 2026, from 8:00 to 10:00 am. Screenings take about five minutes and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Patients needing a quick check on their vision are welcome to stop by during the event. If further care is required, referrals are available.
