Hair loss conversations deserve accuracy — not hype.

At a recent advanced training conference, I reviewed regenerative scalp protocols that combine medical microneedling with topical biologic support.

Here’s what’s important to understand:

Hair restoration is about supporting follicular health — not promising instant regrowth.

Medical microneedling creates controlled stimulation in the scalp. When paired with appropriate topical support, it may help improve density and thickness over time in properly selected candidates.

The best results occur when:
• Thinning is early to moderate
• Follicles are still viable
• Treatment is structured and consistent
