Sit in silence or listening to nature (like these peaceful beach waves) for 1 minute to start (set a timer). 💜

Work towards 10 minutes of silence or grounding (using one of your 5 senses) every day.

Here’s your challenger: Text a safe person in your life: “Can we talk this week?” We need people we can trust. If you haven’t found your “people” yet, don’t give up!

Trust takes time. Start with people you have something in common with and get to know them slowly by sharing a little bit about yourself and learning about them over time. 💜
