We were able to get some videos of a few of our Villagers taking their turn at learning 'Silent Night' on the piano! Having our own in house musician is a huge perk to the daily life of our Village. Thank you, Cindy, for volunteering your time with us each week!

We are so thankful for our special visitors today! Garin and Rachel came to get video footage of our Villagers, staff, and volunteers for more video projects. These two have coordinated and completed professional videos before for Marilyn's Village and their work is outstanding!

We are thankful for Rachel and Garin, and others like them, that give their time, energy, and talents to Marilyn's Village to see it keep thriving!

We're ready for your visit this week!

Our Villagers help the Marilyn's Village Cafe, which is open throughout the week (M-F) from 11-2pm. They help with many things, like stocking items, making sandwiches, running the cash register, and keeping the place looking sharp!

If you haven't been to our Cafe yet, plan to make a stop for lunch one day. We don't think you'll be disappointed!

We had a great week at MV!

- A few young supporters of MV donated a trike to add to our fleet so that some of our Villagers can exercise in a different way

- Our friends from WorkSource visited and that always encourages us

- The Cafe was a busy place this week

- The last of our yard signs went out

These are just a few of the joys we had this week, but we could share hundreds more. You all are making a difference in many lives in supporting MV!

Sometimes when you come in for pretzels and a drink after work to see the Villagers, you get welcomed with cheers! We are so thankful for all of our customers (Ross just got an extra special welcome today!) and hope we daily display an environment of service and love.

We will be open and ready for your visit tomorrow if you're up and able! The Cafe is open from 11-2pm at 417 Liberty St. in Covington. We have broccoli cheese soup, pulled pork sandwiches, and all of our daily sandwiches, pies, cakes, and other goodies to fill you up. See you soon!

If you live near Parke County, a day of Covered Bridge Festivities is a must! Our Villagers really enjoyed the different shops and definitely all of the food!

Shout out to the staff and volunteers for making these days possible! And they also take great photos for everyone to see!

Our Villagers have been busy putting more yard signs in the yards of some awesome donor friends! Thank to all of you who have purchased signs to be put into your yards for a month. We are thankful for your partnership and your willingness to show your heart towards MV!
